After the unexpected loss of my mom, we had to sell our family home. During the sale process, we discovered that the Certificate of Compliance for the AC installation was still outstanding with the Town of Wallkill. I contacted CR Wolfe Heating & Air Conditioning and was connected with the sales agent who had originally worked with my mom during the installation of the new AC unit. Without hesitation, Ken DeLeeuw stepped in to help. He worked directly with the Town of Wallkill to ensure the proper paperwork was completed and the necessary payment was made, which CR Wolfe handled. Ken kept us informed every step of the way. Within just two weeks, we had the Certificate of Compliance from the Town of Wallkill and were able to proceed with the closing. Ken truly made a difficult time much easier by taking care of the process and guiding us through it. TLDR - Amazing company. Hard working people. Extremely satisfied with the work. We had Nick come to the house when our boiler failed. Nick handles sales for CR Wolfe. He was great and explained everything to my wife and I and presented multiple options for our replacement. As someone who works in construction I appreciated the straightforward approach. No buy today and save stuff. Gave us 3 options for oil and propane and explained the benefits and cost. Not only that, he was very knowledgeable of the systems. Not many salesmen actually know how their boiler systems work. Happily surprised. We decided on a Friday and they were there within 6 days. Pablo, Carl, Joe, and Mark were all amazing. They protected the floor between the inside and outside to limit the dirt coming into our home. The install took 2 full days and they even worked with our propane vendor to make sure the boiler started up without any issues. They used all premium material (black pipe and copper), no cheap stuff. No fake extras were charged, and again, the guys were very knowledgeable and explained to me how the system works and what to expect. All in all, extremely happy with the work and how their team worked with our family in our home. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Out of the 4 quotes we got, they were definitely the best choice.

We have had the best experience with Nick, Pablo, and Evan. They are knowledgeable, very professional, and prompt. They arrived just prior to the agreed-upon time and explained to us how the system works. All the questions we had were answered, not many as they gave us a comprehensive understanding of the system and the remotes. The work outside our home was excellent and blends in with our home. We enjoyed having a team such as Pablo and Evan, who cleaned up each day after themselves and were very kind and understandable.

I live in a PUD that was built 45 years ago. The unit came with an HVAC system with forced air through ductwork. I installed a new HVAC system 24 years ago. It was time for a new system. I needed to solve several issues: 1) very little airflow to the second-floor dormer room which made it unlivable during the summer months; 2) outrageous heating bills during the winter months; 3) calculating the numbers (Manual J) to determine the correct BTUs for the new HVAC system; 4) calculating the current CFMs from my ductwork. Very pleased with CR Wolfe's service all around. None of the other 9 plumbers I interviewed offered the complete services (engineering, in particular) that CR Wolfe offered. Ken DeLeeuw came over and within 1 hour offered solutions to all my problems that no one else had the answers to. CR Wolfe offers the Aero Seal treatment. No other plumbing service in Orange Co offers that service. The installation staff is excellent. Very prompt, very professional, and very courteous. CR Wolfe also offers the best senior citizen discount out of anyone in the Orange Co area. You get your money's worth with CR Wolfe. This is for the business C.R. Wolfe.
