Automatic Benefits

Vacation

  • Eligible for one week – Starting January 1st the following year of hire.
  • Eligible for two weeks – January 1st following the second year of employment. 
  • Eligible for three weeks – After 5 years of employment. 
  • Eligible for four weeks – After 15 years of employment. 
  • Receive vacation time starting January 1st after date of hire.

Personal/Sick

One hour for every 30 hours worked. You’re able to accumulate up to a maximum of 40 hours of personal/sick leave. These hours are available for use after first 120 days of employment.

Paid Holidays

C.R. Wolfe offers eight paid holidays a year. They’re available after 6 months of hire.

Savings Plan 401(k)

Automatic Enrollment at 5% of your wages upon hire, unless you waive this option. Pre-tax or Post-tax (Roth) contributions. C.R. Wolfe will match 20% up to 10% of total compensation. Fully vested after 6 years employment.

Health Insurance/Rx

Aetna Managed Choice Open Access/HRA. Available after 90 days of employment.

Dental Insurance

The Guardian PPO. Available after 90 days of employment.

Davis Vision. Available after 90 days after employment.

Sun Life Financial. Immediately open for enrollment $3,500 monthly max coverage if qualified.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Benefit Resource. Pre-tax contribution through payroll deduction. $2,500 maximum benefit. Enroll at open enrollment in October.
