We've been without heat since last night, and the company that put in our system could not come until 3 days later. It is winter, and therefore a lot of these companies are booked up, but we were freezing here. I found C.R. Wolfe and called them. Tiz, in service, was able to get a technician out to us within a couple of hours. Chris, the technician, arrived in a timely manner, found the problem, and was able to fix it immediately. We had our heat back within the hour. Very, very happy with their service and would recommend to anyone.

I don’t know how they do it, but once again CR Wolfe proved to be a leader when it comes to their service techs - Jacob Loske today showed up to find a leak in my heating system and was steadfast and committed and found the leak and ensured the system was operating optimally. His pleasant, respectful, and professional demeanor sets the example of what should be expected. Now, once again the house is warm and the system is working as it should/expected - thank you.

I’ve used this company more than once. When no other company answered their phone in the middle of the night, CR Wolfe not only answered the call but came out. They are very reliable, honest, experienced, professional, and extremely courteous. I love this company and highly recommend them if you have any issue with HVAC. My furnace went out on the coldest day in the middle of the night, they were there. The capacitor went out on the hottest day, they were there. Thank you CR Wolfe.

Additionally, the people in the office at CR Wolfe are always pleasant to deal with and very helpful. I've had my service contract with them for more than a year, and I'm a very happy customer.
